Originally purchased in 2004, the 300-acre former cattle farm has transformed into an amenity-rich, planned community. The land was purchased by GJM Development, and an ambitious team of builders has been approved by GJM Development to build in the community, including:
in an effort to continue and finish what was previously started by the former developers. The land is located on protected prairie lands, which accounts for the 30 acre natural preserve present. The original owners made a stipulation of the development the preservation of this block of land.
